Abstract

This article examines the dating of a three-wheeled vehic le on display at the Museum of
Moscow. Based on a technical and historical analysis of its design, a review of relevant literature, and comparisons with other museums’ collections, the article substantiates the
inaccuracy of its current dating (1898) andproposes correcting itsproduction date to a period no earlier than 1902.
