IHST RAS X Scientific School of Young Scientists “Science and Technology in the Context of Regional Development”

The article tells about the IHST RAS X Scientific School of Young Scientists “Science and technology in the context of regional development,” held at the Komi Science Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Syktyvkar. The author describes the work of the sections, which included both the young researchers' presentations and the lectures delivered by the accomplished professionals in the history and philosophy of science and technology. There was also a round table on the topical issues in the sociology of science. In addition to academic events, the cultural program of the School consisted of the excursions to the research and educational institutions in Syktyvkar.
